Welcome to Flourish. By using flourishpostnatal.com or the Flourish app (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Not Medical Advice
Flourish provides educational and wellness content for postpartum recovery. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency care, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health or your recovery. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flourish. The app has no account or sign-in — your check-in data lives only in the app's private storage on your own device, and you're responsible for securing that device.
3. Subscriptions
Flourish offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium pricing and features are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Premium is sold as an Apple In-App Purchase: Apple processes the transaction and manages billing, renewal, and cancellation through your Apple ID account settings. We do not process payments ourselves and never receive your payment details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, or, where community features are available, posting content that is harassing, hateful, or harmful to other members.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials made available through the Service are owned by Flourish or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation Of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flourish will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
